1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between sgmc 6 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("Player," "you," or "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the sgmc 6 website and associated services, including sports betting, casino-style games, and specialty game titles.

3 Account Registration and Security

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on sgmc 6 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be listed in the cashier section of the platform.

The following general conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

• SGMC 6 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which sgmc 6 bears no responsibility.

SGMC 6 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Players will be notified of any such delay and the reason for it.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

SGMC 6 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

• Bonuses have an expiry period as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.

6 Betting Rules and Game Settlement

All bets placed on sgmc 6 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are published within the relevant section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

The following general betting conditions apply across all sgmc 6 products:

• Bets are accepted at the odds or game parameters displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. SGMC 6 is not responsible for bets placed based on odds that were displayed in error, and reserves the right to void such bets.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Upon termination for breach, sgmc 6 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance after deducting any amounts owed to the platform.
